  I've never written such a review, but am compelled to advise you to stay away from this realtor. Their website is great - period. We just went through a very stressful purchase mostly due to the lack of support from the agents at Waterfront Properties of Maine who were hired to represent us. They did nothing to help us through the process. We were only as good as the questions we asked. Based on our experience, these guys appear to be in it for the money and since they're paid by the Seller, they get their commission regardless of their performance on behalf of the buyer. Beware, they either have no interest or are simply incapable of representing your best interests. Lesson learned - do your homework and hire a realtor with solid references!
